What is the minimum quantity for a custom logo tote bag order?
The minimum order quantity varies by model. The first tier of the price table on each product page shows that model's minimum order quantity; as quantity rises, the unit price changes in tiers.
How and when do I get a quote?
You can add the product to your quote cart and send your quantity, color and print details, or write to us on WhatsApp. We send a same-day quote for requests submitted during business hours.
Which print method should I choose?
We recommend screen printing for logos with few colors and high quantities, digital heat transfer for multicolor designs, DTG for photographic prints on cotton bags, embroidery for a premium look on thick fabric, and sublimation for full-color prints on light polyester. Each product page lists the methods that can be applied to that model.
Which bag material is right for me?
Non-woven stands out for bulk, economical distribution; natural cotton or canvas for a natural, long-lasting bag; jute for gift sets; and polyester for light, foldable models. Share your distribution plan and we will help you choose.
Can you make bags in a custom size?
The models on the site are made in the stated sizes. If you need a different size, handle or detail, send it with your quantity and purpose of use; we assess feasibility and price at the quote stage.
Can I see a sample before production?
On all orders, the placement of your logo on the bag is presented for your approval as a digital preview before production. On suitable models, you can state a physical sample request at the quote stage.
How long do production and delivery take?
It varies with quantity, model, print method and stock. After the same-day quote, the placement of your logo is presented for your approval as a digital preview; with your approval the production plan is confirmed and the exact delivery date is shared at that point. If you have an event date, we recommend sharing it in your request.
How do you ship orders?
Your orders are packed by the carton and shipped to your address anywhere in Turkey or worldwide by courier or freight. Deliveries split by branch, dealer or event point can also be planned.
What determines the price of a bag?
The price is mainly determined by the bag model and material, order quantity, print method, the number of colors in the logo and the number of sides to be printed. As quantity rises, the unit price changes in tiers; the current tiers are in the price table on the product pages.
How should I prepare my logo file?
Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the best result. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Sharing your brand color codes makes color matching easier; if needed, our graphics team prepares your file for printing.
Can I choose the bag and print color?
Yes. Body color options vary by model and are listed on each product page. We set the print color according to your brand colors; a light print on a dark body and a dark print on a light body look more distinct.
Do you have eco-friendly bag options?
